About the role

The built environment doesn't happen without accurate data at the start. At 105 Surveys, we deliver measured building, topographical, and utility surveys across the North West — and we take genuine pride in the work that makes everything else possible. Our clients depend on us at the earliest and most critical stages of any project. That's what drives our commitment to accuracy, reliability, and the relationships we build.

We're looking for a Senior Surveyor who shares that same standard. This role carries full project ownership — from site capture through to accurate, client-ready CAD drawings — across residential and development schemes where precision at the early stages is critical.

You'll work across measured building, topographical, and utility survey projects throughout the North West, taking full ownership from mobilisation through to delivery of the complete drawing package. You'll manage your own workload, coordinate with the wider team, and liaise directly with clients and consultants.

This is a senior position — we need someone with 5+ years' experience who can work independently and hold themselves to the standard our clients expect. You'll represent 105 Surveys on site and in client communications, and that standard is non-negotiable.

  • Carry out measured building, topographical, and utility surveys across a range of sites
  • Capture accurate site data — plans, elevations, sections, levels, and services
  • Process survey data and produce 2D AutoCAD drawings to a high standard
  • Deliver complete survey packages on time and ready for client use
  • Manage projects end-to-end, including workload planning and deadlines
  • Coordinate drawing outputs with the wider team
  • Liaise directly with clients and consultants throughout each project
  • Strong AutoCAD (2D) capability — able to produce full drawing packages from your own survey data
  • Solid understanding of survey control and data capture methodology
  • 5+ years' experience in measured building and/or topographical surveying
  • Able to deliver surveys from site through to final drawings independently
  • Organised, reliable, and comfortable managing your own workload and deadlines
  • Full UK driving licence required
  • Up to £40,000 depending on experience
  • Structured career progression — we promote from within and invest in the people who perform
  • Company pension
